Visionary Leadership Skills of Jesus by Robert Dilts

Perhaps no individual better exemplifies an emerging form of leadership today known as Visionary Leadership than Jesus of Nazareth. Visionary Leadership is based upon envisioning the future, committing to that future, and working together with others to create it. Rather than power, Visionary Leadership results from the influence that comes from acting as an example of values, congruence, and integrity.

This seminar examines some of the essential skills and tools that are a part of Visionary Leadership, which are found in patterns and techniques modeled from the various accounts of Jesus’ words and acts of leadership, and which we can apply in our lives today.

Identify key patterns of language and behavior in accounts of Jesus as a leader. Identify ways in which to put these key patterns into practice in our own lives. Present techniques based on modeling these patterns that can improve our own abilities as a leader of ourselves and others.
