Anchor Point Institute offers training at a variety of levels and for a variety of contexts. The training is carefully designed to respect your own personal style. We use a blend of lecture, demonstration, and experiential learning. Unless otherwise noted, the trainings are appropriate for entry level participants from all walks of life (though the skills presented create more than an entry level effect).
